RCCD obtained all re-entitlement approvals: Grand Park Development Plan (Feb 2014), Specific Plan (Feb 2014), TTM 18662 (Sept 2014), EIR (Jan 2014), and recorded Development Agreement (Feb 2015). All wet-utility easements in place for off-site improvements.
